Recent work - office reception logo
This was a kind of nice break - a small, classy office sign in San Clemente, CA. Just because it's small does not mean it was simple! The client wanted a dimensional logo, with red and brushed silver facing. On the logo, the red facing would also have a color gradation. I would need to keep the red color on those pieces matching the red used on the rest of the sign.
The solution was a laser cut project – black 1/2" acrylic backing pieces, with red acrylic (for a nice, deep, glossy color) and brushed silver engraving material. Both facing colors were laminated to the black backing, then laser cut to match the client's logo perfectly.
The gradation was created by digitally printing on transparent vinyl. That vinyl was laminated for protection and a deeper gloss finish.
