Recent work: SoFi Stadium silver Pepsi graphics
Just got back to SoFi Stadium to refresh painted mural backgrounds for these Pepsi sponsor signs.
Back in 2020-2021 our client was responsible for providing beautiful and unique sponsor experiences in various locations in SoFi Stadium in Inglewood CA. We were given the task of producing wall murals that enhance the signage, fillling wall space and creating visual impact. For Pepsi at the Pepsi Plaza, the client wanted to update their sign and wall graphics.
Here are photos of the finished walls and some details about how it was done — one on either end of this large plaza.
The original signage and hand painted mural background looked like this… (below). The new look is similar, but with some differences that would make producing it a great fit for our company - because we pay attention to detail.
Here are some details about the project.
The walls needed to be prepped before new mural graphics could be done. We didn’t want any of the old work showing through. For that reason a couple of days were spent sanding down the walls, reducing any raised paint edges. We then needed to clean the walls, prime, and paint the background color.
Next came the computer cut vinyl masking to create perfect happy circles and smooth silver without brush marks.
You might be thinking about getting this kind of project done, Do you know where to start? I can tell you - contact me, Paul Borne (president of Big City Signs) to find out more.
